Project Description:
The applicant proposes to stabilize an eroding stream bank by installing 30 linear feet of 8' sheeting immediately landward of an existing curb and planting native wetland species on the eastern stream bank. The project is proposed in Clements Brook, a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland located between 2496 & 2506 on the south side of Merrick Rd. in Bellmore, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, NCTM# 63-199-952.

A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
