Project Description: The applicants are seeking approval for a three lot subdivision involving wetlands. The proposed subdivision will create Lot 1, a 7.51 acre parcel containing wetlands with 583 ± feet of shoreline along North Creek, and is improved by 5 vacant buildings associated with a former sawmill. Proposed Lot 2 is a vacant 5.06 acre parcel containing wetlands and 658 ± feet of shoreline along North Creek. Proposed Lot 3 is a vacant 10.52 acre parcel containing wetlands and 1,350 ± feet of shoreline along North Creek. No new land use or development is proposed on the lots.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Moreau, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Extension No. 2 of Water District No.1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of Extension No. 2 of Water District No. 1. The extension consists of properties in the Town of Moreau generally located in the areas surrounding Water District No. 1, including an extension along Fortsville Road, an extension from the English Village Housing Development along Spier Falls Road to Potter Road, and extensions along Route 32, from Reservoir Road to Bluebird Road and from Route 197 to Reservoir Road. The source of potable water for Extension No. 2 of Water District No. 1 are the Queensbury Consolidated Water District and the Saratoga County Water Authority. The project is located in the Town of Moreau, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Saratoga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Brown Road Planned Unit Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of a Local Law amending Town of Saratoga Zoning Ordinance by amending Local Law #1 of 1981 - Section 1 - Brown Road Planned Unit Development District, Article X-B. The project is located on Brown Road in the Town of Saratoga, New York.
