Negative Declaration
Niagara County - The Village of Lewiston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Lewiston Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adoption of a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) amendment pursuant to the NYS Waterfront Revitalization of Coastal Areas and Inland Waterways Act. The LWRP Amendment will refine the description of existing and proposed land uses in several areas to coincide with a rezoning of properties. The project is located in the Village of Lewiston, Niagara County, NY.
