Conditioned Negative Declaration
Yates County - The Town of Jerusalem Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Harbor View Town Homes Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves the removal of two steel buildings and two houses; the construction of two 5-unit townhouse buildings a shed, and a clubhouse; the re-construction of parking areas; and the construction of a new sewage disposal system. The project is located at Mill Street and NYS Route 54A, Town of Jerusalem, Yates County, New York.
The conditions are:
- Applicant's fulfillment of DEC's requirements and DEC's granting of a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit for the project.
- Applicant's compliance, as determined by DEC, with the requirements of the SPDES General Permit for Stormwater discharges from Construction Activities (GP-0-10-001) for the project.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft GEIS and Public Hearing
Monroe County - The Penfield Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Town of Penfield 2010 Comprehensive Plan. A public hearing on the Draft GEIS will be held on August 30, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the Penfield Town Hall, 3100 Atlantic Avenue, Penfield, NY 14526. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted by the Town of Penfield Planning Department at the address below until 5:00 p.m. on September 17, 2010. The Draft GEIS is available on the Planning Department's web page on the Town of Penfield's website at: www.penfield.org.
The action involves the adoption of the Town of Penfield 2010 Comprehensive Plan. The 2010 Comprehensive Plan identifies and analyzes anticipated growth and land use changes and provides recommendations for additional regulations and guidelines to properly manage said growth and land use changes throughout the community. The project is located throughout the Town of Penfield, New York.
