Pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law, Section 120-w, the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority hereby gives notice of the following:

The Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority desires to procure an agreement with a firm for a Single Stream Recyclables Processing System Project at its Recycling Center, Utica, NY. Responses (final proposals) must be received by 3:00 p.m. on September 24, 2010.
