Project Description: The action involves a five-lot subdivision involving wetlands within 1/4 mile of the West Branch AuSable River, of which four lots are jurisdictional. Of the four lots, two lots are located east of NYS Route 86 and two lots are located west of NYS Route 86. The two lots located west of NYS Route 86 contain pre-existing single family dwellings and on-site wastewater treatment systems. There is no existing development on the two lots located east of NYS Route 86 and no new land use and development is being proposed on these lots.

Negative Declaration
Warren County - The Town of Horicon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pre-Existing Subdivision Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Town of Horicon Zoning Law for the purpose of adding Horicon Birches to the list of Pre-Existing Subdivisions. The project is located at the Horicon Birches Subdivision in the Town of Horicon, New York.
