The applicant proposes installation of a water distribution system to serve the newly created Town of Marilla Water District No. 5 and the purchase of up to 27,000 gallons per day from the Erie County Water Authority under the terms of a Lease Management Agreement. Water District No. 5 will serve approximately 79 parcels along Clinton Street, Exchange Street, and Cayuga Creek Road in the northeast portion of the Town. The project will involve the installation of 15,390 feet of 8 inch and 12 inch watermain and related appurtenances.
