Negative Declaration
Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Intake Modifications Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves modifications to the Village's raw water intake infrastructure consisting of chemical and non-chemical measures that have been proven to limit/prevent Zebra mussel colonization. The project will include installation of a new raw water intake screen and installation of approximately 4,200 linear feet of 2 inch solution feed pipe that will deliver chemicals to the raw water intake. The small diameter solution feed pipe will be installed alongside the Village's existing 14 inch raw water intake main that extends between the Village Water Treatment Plant and the raw water intake. The project is located throughout the Village of Cooperstown, New York.

Schoharie County - The Village of Richmondville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Richmondville Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a new zoning law which will include the adoption of a new zoning map. The project is located throughout the Village of Richmondville, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Rensselaer County - The Town of Brunswick Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Duncan Meadows Planned Development District. Hard copies of the Final EIS are available for public inspection at the Brunswick Town Hall and the Brunswick Community Library and on the Town of Brunswick website at: www.townofbrunswick.org. The action involves the proposed approval for a mixed use residential project consisting of 78 townhomes, 88 condominium units, and 50 senior citizen apartment units, located on approximately 91 acres of land. The project is located at McChesney Avenue and McChesney Avenue Extension in the Town of Brunswick, New York.
