Project Description:
Installation of a 12-inch diameter, 100 feet long corrugated drain pipe within a waters of the U.S. to facilitate the placement of approximately 400 cubic yards of fill. The fill will be placed to expand the backyard of an individual residential home. Anticipated impacts to federally regulated waters of the U.S. are approximately 0.002 acre. The disturbed area will be fine graded, seeded and planted with shrubs.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
