Oswego County - The City of Oswego Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Stevedore Lofts, LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of an existing abandoned site and building to accommodate the construction of a building that includes first floor office/retail with multiple family dwellings (29 apartment units) on second and upper floors. Site work to include a sixty-eight (68) space parking lot, sidewalks, signage, landscaping and utility connections.
The proposed use of the building is to convert it into a mixed use facility. There will be 29 market rate apartments on the upper floors, as well as part of the 1st floor. The remainder of the 1st floor will be commercial office space (approximately 5.500 square feet).
The breakout for the residential units is as follows:
1st Floor (4 Story Building) - (3) One Bedroom Apartments
2nd Floor (4 Story Building) - (5) One Bedroom and (2) Two Bedroom Apartments
3rd Floor (4 Story Building) - (5) One Bedroom and (2) Two Bedroom Apartments
4th Floor (4 Story Building) - (5) One Bedroom and (2) Two Bedroom Apartments
2nd Floor (2 Story Building) - (3) One Bedroom and (2) Two Bedroom Apartments.
