Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SKF Heat Treat Research and Development Buildings will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the consideration of financial incentives by Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency for a project consisting of the following: the making of certain improvements to an existing 216,700 square foot building; the construction of one or more new buildings comprising 96,000 square feet; the acquisition and installation of new fixtures and machinery; and the lease and purchase of the parcel and the lease and purchase of the adjacent parcel, all for manufacturing and commercial use. The project is located at One Marocco Road in the Village of Falconer, Town of Ellicott, New York.

Chautauqua County - The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sale of Property at 2058 and 2063 Allen Street Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the sale of approximately 24 acres of real property, the improvements and authorization for such other actions in connection therewith including: (i) ratification of the execution and delivery of a purchase and sale agreement and related documents with respect to the sale of the Property, (ii) authorization of the agency to hold a note and associated mortgage and delivery of related documents, (iii) providing financial assistance including a loan so as to enable the installation of new equipment and retrofitting of the existing Facility and (iv) authorizing the taking of other necessary actions in connection therewith. The project is located at 2058 and 2063 Allen Street Extension in the Town of Ellicott, New York.

Chautauqua County - The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wellman Building Rehabilitation Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the exterior and interior rehabilitation of the historically significant Wellman Building. The building will be adaptively reused with a mix of commercial and residential units. The first floor will contain 9,152 square feet of commercial space. The second through sixth floors will have 46 residential units, with a variety of unit sizes. The total square footage of the building is approximately 55,099 square feet and sits on 0.21 acres. The project is located at 101 West Third Street in Jamestown, New York.

Erie County - The State University of New York (SUNY) University at Buffalo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed University at Buffalo Solar Array will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a 1.1 megawatt solar array and associated landscaping. The project will include site work, site grading to facilitate the installation of the solar array, support structures, solar panels, associated electrical work, gathering spaces and landscape plantings. The project is located at the southeast corner of the University at Buffalo North Campus adjacent to the Baker Chilled Water Plant in the Town of Amherst, New York.
