Project Description:
The applicant is proposing to construct a new 1089 square foot home on lot #575 on Lakeview Road on Robinson Pond, with the first floor being 549 sq. ft. and the walkout basement floor being 540 sq. ft. In addition there will be a first floor deck of approximately 300 sq. ft. The project will also include a new septic/leach field, wood deck parking area, rip-rapped stormwater collection area and a 8' x 12' floating dock with a connecting wood foot bridge. The lot line between Lot #575 and #576-577 is proposed to be moved to increase the size of lot #575. The home will be 82' from the boundary of Freshwater Wetland CO-3 and 107' from the shoreline of Robinson Pond.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:
Comments on this project must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person no later than Jun 24, 2010.
