Negative Declaration
Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 118-120 Washington Avenue will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant, Fort Orange Club, to demolish the building known as 118-120 Washington Avenue in order to accommodate a larger parking area, reconfigured driveway and new streetscape design. The project is located at 118-120 Washington Avenue in the City of Albany, New York.
