Negative Declaration
Orange County - The Village of Tuxedo Park Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed West Lake Road New Water Main will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves discontinuing the use of approximately 1,000 feet of a water line that currently exists and goes through the Tuxedo Lake dam, which will be grouted and capped as necessary. The Village proposes to install a replacement water line using approximately 1,400 feet of piping. The new line will be located adjacent to and under a Village road. It will be necessary for a portion of this new water line to be located under or adjacent to an intersecting driveway. All disturbed areas will be reclaimed and several large trees in the vicinity will be adequately protected to ensure survival. The project is located in the Village of Tuxedo Park, New York.

Sullivan County - The Town of Bethel Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law #3 of 2010 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law #3 of 2010 to amend the Town of Bethel Code Chapter 345 amending the official Town of Bethel Zoning Map. The project is located in the Town of Bethel, New York.
