Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Delores Berhalter - Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Standard Plan for a 2 lot reduced yield Standard Plan of a 21.08 acre parcel situated in the R-80 Zoning District and located in the Agricultural Overlay District and New York State Archeologically Sensitive Areas. The project is located at 996 Mecox Road in th Hamlet of Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton, New York.

Positive Declaration

Suffolk County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Island Water Park Permit Modification and Renewal may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the applicant's proposed permit modification to eliminate one of the proposed lined water ski ponds, conduct grading activities, construct a 60,000 square foot storage building and utilize the abandoned pond area for recreational vehicles and motorcycle riding. The project is located on Route 25 on the Former Grumman Property in Calverton, Town of Riverhead, New York.
