Chenango County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Perkin Pond Dam Reconstruction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant, Eric Bowers, for the reconstruction of the Perkins Pond Dam. The project is located on the south side of County Route 42 near the intersection of Gorge Road in the Town of Pharsalia, New York.
