Negative Declaration
Schenectady County - The Planning Board of the Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed CVS/Pharmacy will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of the existing CVS/Pharmacy, the former Hollywood Video and a 2 story single family house in order to construct a freestanding CVS/Pharmacy with a drive thru and associated site improvements. The project is located at 1334 and 1348 Balltown Road in the Town of Niskayuna, New York.
