Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Village of Parish, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Collection and Treatment System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of existing aged pump stations with above-ground pumping stations. Replacement will utilize the existing wet well and not involve any excavations. The existing pumping stations are located in the road right-of-way or on Village owned property. The improvements to the treatment facility are located within the existing treatment facility building and/or within the bounds of the existing treatment facility fence line on previously disturbed lawn areas. The project is located in the Village of Parish, New York.
