Positive Declaration
Nassau County - The Village of Sea Cliff Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Alterations and Additions to an Existing Automobile Repair Shop may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an application for use and area variances in connection with a proposed expansion and modification to an existing automobile repair shop. The project is located at 161 Glen Cove Avenue in the Village of Sea Cliff, New York.
