Project Description:
The applicant proposes to stablize approximately 200 linear feet of Mill Creek (DEC Index No. ONT-117-66-22; Class C(TS)) and remove approximately 200 cubic yards of accumluated gravel from a 75-foot reach of the stream. The project site is located in the Village of Dansville between NYS Route 36 (Clara Barton Street) and Red Jacket Street. The proposed stabilization measures include the installation of two new rock vanes, repair of one existing rock vane, and the reshaping and filling of the eroded stream bank.
