Project Description:
Construct new 1,190 sq ft boathouse on shoreline of 4th Lake and dredge shallow sandy area in front to create channel and boathouse access. Amount of sand & silt to be removed is approximately 190 cu. yds. The boathouse is 2 bay's with a dry 3rd bay for canoe/kayaks & equipment storage and will be constructed on thirty three (33) 5" galvanized steel auger posts. Dredged material will be disposed of on the adjoining property known as Lot 5.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
Operate docking facility for existing campground tenants and visitors. Perimeter consists of 28,000 square feet (440 linear feet of shore x length of longest dock + travel lane) with a total of eight (8) docks. Three (3) docks are existing and the remaining are proposed for future use if and when needed. All are considered seasonal docks which are removed from the waterway at the end of the season. The three (3) existing docks are wood or metal frame construction floated on plastic barrels. All docks will be located between sites 2 - 12 (inclusive).
