Project Description: The action involves a subdivision of 73.54 acres on both sides of Atateka Drive into seven lots, involving wetlands, and the construction of four single family dwellings. Six of the lots are prospective, and one lot (#7) is after-the-fact. The property has 726± feet of shoreline on Friend's Lake. One lot is developed by a pre-existing single family dwelling and one lot will be reserved as non-building, commonly-owned shoreline-access lot. One single family dwelling is proposed for each of four lots, and the 61± acre Lot 6 will remain vacant at this time. Each dwelling will be served by an individual well water supply and on-site wastewater treatment system. No wetlands will be filled as a result of this project.
