Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Village of Southampton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Our Lady of the Hamptons Site Plann Application will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed two-story addition to the existing elementary school for purposes of a gym/wellness area as well as additional classroom space to replace in-kind classroom space being abandoned elsewhere on the property. The existing playground configuration will be modified to include the entire rear yard. The proposal will add no additional students to the site. The proposed project is considered a Type I action due to its location adjacent to the Village Historic District. The project is located at 160 North Main Street in the Village of Southampton, New York.
