Project Description:
The applicant proposes various construction activities within the 100 foot adjacent area of state regulated freshwater wetland RC-13 (Class 2) associated with the development of a convenience store with gasoline and diesel fuel stations on a site previously used as a gas station, auto repair facility and auto junkyard. The property is located on the north side of NYS Route 199 approximately 1/2 mile west of the Taconic Parkway.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
SEQR Lead Agency: Milan Town Planning Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Site is located on the east side of Neeleytown Road (Route 99) approximately 3500 feet northeast of the intersection with Beaver Dam Rd.
