Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID #645021, known as the Corning, Inc. site, may be deleted from the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located in the Town of DeKalb, within the County of St. Lawrence, and is located on McAdoo Road. Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than April 30, 2010. Negative Declaration

St. Lawrrence County - The Town of Louisville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Update and Revision of Zoning Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the update and revision of the current zoning regulations. The ordinance has been revised and expanded to include fence regulations, definitions and subdivisions. It will be adopted as a Local Law. The project is located throughout the Town of Louisville, New York.

St. Lawrrence County - The Town of Louisville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Louisville Water District #3 / West Hatfield Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of a water district to solve well quality and quantity problems for the residents. The project is located along NYS Route 37, NYS Route 56, Whalen Road, Patterson Road, West Hatfield Road, Ridge Road, Willard Road, County Route 36 and County Route 39 in the Town of Louisville, New York.
