New York Sate Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) Region 5 Reports of Administration Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve
In compliance with DEC Commissioner Policy 17, the activity logs documenting the administrative use of motor vehicles and aircraft within the Forest Preserve in DEC Region 5 for the fourth quarter of 2009 are available for review by contacting: Thomas D. Negative Declaration
Saratoga County - The Charlton Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Charlton Farmland Protection Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Farmland Protection Plan which will be the first amendment to the Town of Charlton 2007 Comprehensive Plan. The Farmland Protection Plan establishes a clear vision and framework for policy and public actions regarding preservation of the town's agricultural resources. The project is located throughout the Town of Charlton, New York.
