Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of Bergen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Bergen Peachey Road Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal of the extension of public water improvements within the Peachey Road Water District. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The improvements include the installation of 12,600 linear feet of watermain. In addition to the watermain, the project includes hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. The project is located along portions of North Lake Road and Peachey Road in the Town of Bergen, New York.

Livingston County - The Village of Geneseo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Geneseo Hampton Inn will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new Hampton Inn hotel facility, including 67 rooms, parking, and associated utility improvements. The project is located at 4250 Lakeville Road in the Village of Geneseo, New York.

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Manager of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed University of Rochester Planned Development District Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Zoning Text and Zoning Map by updating the Planned Development District regulations of the University of Rochester Medical Center. The project is located on the University of Rochester Medical Center Campus in the City of Rochester, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Arcadia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Arcadia Water District No. 12 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water service to Arcadia Water District No. 12. The project will serve a total of 88 equivalent dwelling units. Approximately 31,700 linear feet of watermain will be installed. In addition to the watermain, the project includes hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of Old Lyons Road, Van Auken Road, Bloom Road, Schuler Road, Bauer-Van Winkle Road and Lembke Road in the Town of Arcadia, New York.
