Project Description: The action involves installation of a three foot wide by 150 foot long wooden boardwalk elevated 18 inches above wetlands at the mean high water mark of Twitchell Lake to the remaining upland portion of the parcel; and requires a variance from the shoreline setback restrictions contained in §806 of the APA Act. A three foot by 4-foot dock will be built at the end of the boardwalk in which installation of 12 feet of the dock involves wetlands, and requires Agency approval as a regulated wetland activity.
