Monroe County - The City of Rochester Manager of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mills at High Falls 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a two (2) phase project. Phase 1 is the Rehabilitation of 5 existing buildings at 368-392 State Street for housing. Demolition of minor accessory structures at the rear of the properties will allow for the construction of an accessory parking lot. Phase 2 is the Rehabilitation and partial demolition of the Rochester Plumbing Supply building located at 3 Brown Street for housing and accessory parking. The block has been listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. The project is located at 368-392 State Street and 3 Brown Street in the City of Rochester, New York.

Steuben County - The Village of Addison Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Village of Addison Comprehensive Plan 2009 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Adoption and Implementation of the first Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Addison. The Comprehensive plan illustrates the community's vision for the future of the Village, prioritizes development goals for sustainable growth/improvements, and describes what potential for development exists within the Village. The comprehensive plan includes policies and recommendations for the Village to pursue as time permits. The project is located throughout the Village of Addison, New York.
