Negative Declaration
Cayuga County - The Town of Brutus / Village of Weedsport Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Joseph Two-Lot Minor Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of a 121.10 acre parcel into two lots. The first lot is the lot with the current dwelling, septic, and well included and is a total of 1.791 acres. The other lot is the remaining acreage of 119.209 acres. The project is located at 9744 Oakland Road in the Village of Weedsport, Town of Brutus, New York.
