Positive Declaration and Public Scoping
Genesee County - The Genesee County Economic Development Center, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Science & Technology Advanced Manufacturing Park (STAMP) Phase II Project may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted until March 5, 2010. Public scoping sessions will be held on February 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. and February 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. both at the Alabama Town Fire Hall located on Judge Road in the Town of Alabama, New York. The action involves the approval of the Western New York Science & Technology Advanced Manufacturing Park (STAMP), a thin-film photovoltaic, flat panel display, and nanotechnology-enabled manufacturing campus on an approximately 1,335.97 acre site in the Town of Alabama. The proposed action will involve rezoning of the property and/or the creation of a zoning overlay/special use district under the Town of Alabama zoning laws. The project is located on NYS Highway 77/73, approximately 5 miles north of 1-90 NYS Thruway in the Town of Alabama, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final GEIS
Monroe County - The Town of Greece Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hampton Ridge Center Commercial Development. A hard copy of the Final GEIS is available at the following locations: Greece Town Hall, 1 Vince Tofany Boulevard, Greece, NY 14612 and the Greece Public Library, 2 Vince Tofany Boulevard, Greece, NY 14612. The action involves the applicant, 4320 West Ridge, LLC, proposal to rezone 67.1± acres of land from R1-12 (Single-Family Residential) to BG (General Business). The applicant proposes to develop several buildings and a total of 390,000 ± square feet of floor space, some for freestanding, single uses and some for a collection of tenants. At this time the tenants are unspecified and the completion date will depend on market demand. The applicant proposes access to the Premises via West Ridge Road (NYS Route 104). The project is located generally north of and including 4232-4350 West Ridge Road (NYS Route 104), between North Greece Road (Monroe County Route 144) and Manitou Road (NYS Route 261) in the Town of Greece, New York.
