Office of General Services

Pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law, the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:

Notice is hereby given that the Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation has determined that the Empire Fulton Ferry Park, situated at Water Street and Dock Street in the Borough of Brooklyn, Kings County, is no longer useful or necessary for their purposes and has declared the same abandoned to the Office of General Services for subsequent conveyance for inclusion in the proposed Brooklyn Bridge Park.
