Project Description:

The applicant proposes to add additional stone to approximately 320 linear feet of an existing stone revetment approximately 500+ feet long located along the Lake Ontario shoreline. The project site is located at the Westage-at-the-Harbor condominiums on St. Paul Boulevard (County Road 22). As proposed, approximately 360 cubic yards of large stone will be added to the existing revetment to raise its height to an elevation of approximately 251+ feet above mean sea level.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to install a 163 foot long 3 foot high x 6 feet wide concrete box culvert into a federally regulated waterway to allow for development of a parking lot area. Appropriate sediment and erosion controls will be employed to maintain water quality during construction. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued their authorization for this project on July 8, 2009 (Permit #2008-01700).
