Negative Declaration
Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Riverside Study and Rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and amendment of the Town Code of the Town of Southampton to reclassify zoning from Highway Business Use (HB) to Shopping Center Business Use (SCB) and Residential 15,000 square feet (R-15) in the Hamlet of Riverside in the Riverside Urban Renewal Area. The project is located in the Hamlet of Riverside, Town of Southampton, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed MIACO. The Final EIS is available at the Town of Southampton Town Clerk, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY 11968 and online at: http://www.town.southampton.ny.us/SEQRA.ihtml. The action involves the application for an expanded hotel, restaurant and a new wellness center (spa) with associated parking on two parcels with a total area of 3.01 acres. The project is located on the northeast corner of Montauk Highway (State Route 27) and Sag Harbor-Bridgehampton Turnpike (County Route 79) in Bridgehampton, New York on two (2) parcels totaling 3.01 acres situated in the R-20 Zoning District.
