Negative Declaration

Erie County - The New York State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Educational Opportunity Center - Buffalo will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 4 story, 68,138 gross square foot building to house the Educational Opportunity Center and Head Start programs currently existing elsewhere. A new lobby will link this new structure to the M. Wile building. Parking for 76 cars will also be included. The project is located at Ellicott Street and Goodell Street at 77 Goodell Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.
