Negative Declaration

Seneca County - The Town of Junius, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Approval of the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the approval of the Town of Junius Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan, which was prepared utilizing funding from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. The Plan includes an inventory of agricultural resources, an analysis of issues, and strategies and recommendations to support farming and the continued viability of agriculture in the Town. The project is located throughout the Town of Junius, New York.

Yates County - The Town of Jerusalem, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Land Subdivision Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the proposed Land Subdivision Regulations which will provide the Town with the authority, means and procedures to so manage the subdivision of land for the orderly, efficient and economical development of the Town. The project is located throughout the Town of Jerusalem, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Monroe County - The Town of Irondequoit Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Newport Marine Club. The action involves the redevelopment of the Former Newport House and Marina. The construction of four (4) multi-level buildings containing forty seven (47) residential units and nine (9) single-unit condominiums in three (3) buildings, an accessory clubhouse and to maintain the existing docks (187 total; 85 Resident, 92 Contract and 10 Visitor). The project is located in a Waterfront Development (WD) District at 500 Newport Road in the Town of Irondequoit, New York.
