Positive Declaration

Suffolk County - The Smithtown Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Smithtown Warehouse Condos may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an application for Site Plan approval for the construction of forty-seven (47) one story warehouse condominium units (1,125 square feet each), with miscellaneous facilities, to be located on a currently undeveloped 4.289 acre parcel of land zoned LI. The project is located on the west side of Lake Avenue, 792.81 feet north of Park Avenue in Nesconset, Town of Smithtown, New York.
