Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The Town of Greenburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Badolato Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a subdivision of four (4) existing lots into one (1) new lot totaling 9,856 square feet to construct one (1) new single-family residence. The applicant is proposing 6,476 square feet of disturbance on 15-25% slopes (Steep Slopes), 815 square feet of disturbance on 25-35% slopes (Very Steep Slopes), and 305 square feet of disturbance on 35+% slopes (Excessively Steep Slopes). The project is located on Springwood Avenue in the Town of Greenburgh, New York.

The action involves a subdivision of four (4) existing lots to create one (1) new lot. The proposed lot would equal 12,024 square feet and add one (1) additional single-family residence. The site is currently vacant. A new curb cut will be required on North Road. The project will disturb approximately 2,624 square feet of area classified as 15-25% slope (Steep Slope), and approximately 828 square feet of area classified as 25-35% slope (Very Steep Slope). The project is located at 88 North Road in the Town of Greenburgh, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic EIS and Public Hearing

Ulster County - The Town Board of the Town of Saugerties, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Kings Highway Corridor. A public hearing on the Draft GEIS will be held on Decmber 16, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Saugerties Senior Center, Market Street, Saugerties, NY. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted until December 31, 2009. A hard copy of the Draft GEIS is available at the Saugerties Town Hall and the Saugerties Public Library. The Draft GEIS is also available on the Saugerties website at: www.saugerties.ny.us. The action involves the evaluation of potential impacts and necessary mitigation measures for future industrial development and redevelopment within the 464 acre Kings Highway Water and Sewage District. The project is located along the Kings Highway in the Town of Suagerties, New York.
