Negative Declaration
Wyoming County - The Planning Board of the Town and Village of Arcade, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hummingbird Lofts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of an existing three (3) story steel and masonry factory into a multi-family apartment building. The project is located at 31 Water Street in the Village of Arcade, New York.
