New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) Region 4 Quarterly Reports of Administrative Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve:
Activity logs documenting the administrative use of motor vehicles and aircraft within the Forest Preserve in NYS DEC Region 4 (Greene and Delaware Counties) have been compiled for the time period, July, 2009 through September, 2009.

Negative Declaration
Greene County - The Town of Catskill Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Moonlight Ridge Mobile Home Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant, DeSantis Enterprises, Inc., for a special use permit to allow the construction of a manufactured home park, associated on-site utilities and stormwater management improvements. The project is located on Vedder Road in the Town of Catskill, New York.
