Covanta Onondaga LP - The applicants, Covanta Onondaga LP and Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency, have applied for a renewal of the Air Pollution Control Title V Permit to operate a 990 ton per day nominally sized waste-to-energy facility.
A legislative hearing for the receipt of public comments on the application will be held on November 30, 2009.
