Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Centerville Quarry Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of an existing 9.8 acre life-of-mine (LOM) consolidated surface bluestone mine by adding 9.7 acres to the LOM for a total of 19.5 acres LOM. The operation includes drilling, blasting, and the mechanical cutting of stone. The project is located on Morrison Brook Road in the Town of Hancock, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Greene County - The Village Board of the Village of Coxsackie, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Mountain View Estates Planned Development District. The FEIS is available on line at: ftp://umh properties@ftp.saratogaassociates.com/. The action involves the development of a single family, age restricted (55 and over), land lease residential community of 280 modular homes with amenities on a 106 acre parcel. The project is located on Van Dyke Street in the Village of Coxsackie, New York.
