Project Description:
The applicant proposes to plant basket willows along 850 lineal feet and place 1450 lineal feet of cobbles along Cross Lake to stabilize the shoreline. This project will be located within NYS Freshwater Wetland JOR-5.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
