Project Title: Harold Bigalow (d/b/a Adirondack Sand and Gravel)
Location: West side of New York State Route 9N/22 in the Town of Dannemora, New York.

Project Description: The action involves a material change to previously permitted commercial sand and gravel extraction to now include below water mining. Below water mining will include use of a dragline or long-reach hydraulic excavator. Reclamation will include the creation of a 22 ± acre pond.
Warren County - The Town of Lake George Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lochlea Residential Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. Lochlea Partners LLC own a 4 ± acre parcel located in the Village of Lake George and 9.3 ± acre parcel in the Town of Lake George. English Brook forms the dividing line between the parcels and is also the municipal boundary between the two communities. The action involves a subdivision which will create a total of thirteen (13) lots. Four lots are proposed within the Village: two (2) lots for existing homes and two (2) new home sites. Nine (9) lots are proposed within the Town; three (3) lots to accommodate 3 existing homes and six (6) new building lots. The balance of the land within the Town will be held in common ownership. A total of thirteen (13) boat slips are proposed. The project site is currently served by municipal water and wastewater, new connections to both the public water supply system and the wastewater collection system are proposed. The project is located on Route 9N in the the Village and Town of Lake George, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Fulton County - The City of Gloversville Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter Project. A hard copy of the FEIS is available at the following locations: City of Gloversville City Hall, 3 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078; Gloversville Library, 58 East Fulton Street Gloversville, NY 12078; Fulton County Planning Department, 1 East Montgomery Street, Johnstown, NY 12095. The online version of the FEIS is available at the following publically accessible web site: www.cityofgloversville.com.
The action involves the construction of a 186,979 square foot Walmart Supercenter. The proposed project will be constructed on a 40 acre parcel owned by the Curtain Group, LP. The project will involve the creation of 890 parking spaces, the extension of municipal water and sewer services, the extension of public utilities, the construction of stormwater infrastructure and a wetlands mitigation area. Based on the nature of the project, the proposed Supercenter will also require multiple approvals and actions from other local agencies, as well as State and Federal permits. The project is located on South Kingsboro Avenue Extension in the City of Gloversville, New York.
