Positive Declaration

Monroe County - Marcia Barry, Manager of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed East Avenue Wegmans may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a new 105,000 square foot Wegmans store and out parcels with associated parking. The project is located at 1750-1806 East Avenue, 1830 East Ave, 1765 University Avenue in the City of Rochester, New York and is generally bounded by East Avenue, Winton Road, University Avenue and Probert Street.
