Negative Declaration
Madison County - The Town of Nelson Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Morrisville College Foundation Equine Rehabilitation Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the special permits/site plan approval from the Town of Nelson Planning Board to construct and operate a new Equine Rehabilitation Physiology Center and Equine Racing Training Complex on a 103.52 acre parcel. The project is located on the southwest corner of Bliss Road and U.S. Route 20 in the Town of Nelson, New York.

Positive Declaration
Cortland County - The Town of Cortlandville Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Tops Market LLC - Proposed Accessory Fuel Facility may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a fuel facility as an accessory use to the existing Tops Supermarket. The fueling facility would include four double-side fuel dispensers, a prefabricated kiosk attendant building, and an internally lit canopy. The project is located at 3932 State Route 281 in Cortland, New York

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Tompkins County - The City of Ithaca Landmarks Preservation Commission, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Former Ithaca Gas Works, Designated Local Lankmark. The action involves the demolition of a designated local landmark.
