Project Description: After-the-fact approval of the greater than 25% expansion of a commercial warehouse structure with office space, including a parking area, on-site water supply and wastewater treatment system. The project site is in a Recreational River Area, State Highway Critical Environmental Area (CEA), and State Land CEA.
Negative Declaration
Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cliche Subdivision 2009 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the approval to subdivide a 0.92 acre parcel developed with an existing single family residence from a 39.1 ± remaining vacant lands. The subdivision is located overlooking a Historic National Landmark on Lake Champlain. No new development is proposed on either lot. The project is located at 289 Cumberland Road in the Town of Plattsburgh, New York.

Warren County - The City of Glens Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer Replacement / Pump Station Forcemain Re-Alignment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of a portion sanitary sewer and the realignment of the Thornberry Pump Station Forcemain. The project is located on in Staple Street and Knight Street in the City of Glens Falls, New York.
