Negative Declaration

Albany County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NY Route 155 and Old Niskayuna Road Intersection Improvement (PIN 1132.15) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves reconstructing a four leg intersection as a single-lane roundabout. The project is located at the intersection of NYS Route 155 and Old Niskayuna Road in the Town of Colonie, New York.

Greene County - The Town of Durham, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Borwegen Wind Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the concrete foundation for and installation of a 120 foot tower for a 20 kw wind driven electric turbine. The project is located at 6570 Route 81 in the Town of Durham, New York.

Montgomery County - The Town of Amsterdam Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Amsterdam Zoning Revision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the revision of the Town Zoning Ordinance to bring it into compliance with the goals and objections of the Comprehensive Plan. Major changes include the creation of multi-family zones in areas proximate to available infrastructure in order to encourage development while preserving open space and rural character, revisions to the Planned Unit Development, Site Plan Review and Home Occupations regulations, and the addition of new sections regulating outdoor furnaces, solar collectors and wind energy facilities. The project is located throughout the Town of Amsterdam, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Sand Lake, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eastern Burden Lake Sanitary Sewer will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition, construction and installation of a low pressure grinder pump system serving the residents located within the portion of the existing Town of Sand Lake Sanitary Sewer District No. 1. The project is located along White Tail Road, North Nassau Road, 2nd Dyke Road, Kodiak Drive, Glen Royal Drive and Harriman Road in the Town of Sand Lake, New York.
