Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town/Village of Harrison, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed PepsiCo - Project Renew - Master Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an analysis of the long term Master Plan for the development of the PepsiCo Inc. World Headquarters site. The DEIS will also address in greater detail, the initial phases of the development under the Master Plan (i.e. Phases I and II of a three phase plan), which would involve detailed site plans and accompanying wetland and steep slopes permit applications. Modifications to the setback requirement in the SB-100 zone are also proposed to allow certain activities within 50 feet of the property lines, not abutting a public road and within 100 feet of areas abutting public roads.
