Dutchess County - The Town of Red Hook Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Estate of Peter Bulkeley, Carol Wagner, Cicada Group Lot Line Alterations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to convey 0.06 + acres from the Lands of the Cicada Group to the adjoining Lands of the Estate of Peter Bulkeley and also to convey 0.17 + acres from the Lands of the Estate of Peter Bulkeley to the adjoining Lands of Carol Wagner. The project is located on West Kerley Corners Road in the Town of Red Hook, New York.

Orange County - The Village of Warwick Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Well No. 2 Micro Filtration Plant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Village of Warwick Well #2 was found to be groundwater under the direct influence of surface water (GWUDI) in 2005. The project involves the reconstruction of the existing Well #2 building and updating the water treatment system to include micro-filtration due to the more stringent requirements. Minimal land disturbance will occur in the area of the proposed filtration plant. The existing building and drive (approximately 963 square feet) will be demolished and the proposed filtration plant will be constructed in its place (approximately 3,455 square feet). The site is relatively flat and minimal grading will be required. The project is located in the Village of Warwick, New York.

Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town/Village of Harrison, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed PepsiCo - Project Renew - Master Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an analysis of the long term Master Plan for the development of the PepsiCo Inc. World Headquarters site. The DEIS will also address in greater detail, the initial phases of the development under the Master Plan (i.e. Phases I and II of a three phase plan), which would involve detailed site plans and accompanying wetland and steep slopes permit applications. The Proposed Action includes rezoning of portions of the PepsiCo site along Anderson Hill Road from the R-1 and R-2 zoning districts to SB-100, the zoning district that encompasses most of the balance of the PepsiCo site. Modifications to the setback requirement in the SB-100 zone are also proposed to allow certain activities within 50 feet of the property lines, not abutting a public road and within 100 feet of areas abutting public roads. The project is located at 700 Anderson Hill Road in the Purchase area of the Town of Harrison, New York.
