The Downtown Core District is located within the traditional urban core of the Hamlet and encompasses 22 properties fronting the east and west sides of Brewerton Road (U.S. Route 11). The Hamlet Gateway District encompasses 35 properties fronting the east and west sides of Brewerton Road (US Route 11). The boundaries of the two district associated and associated zoning law will overlay a section of the existing General Commercial zoning district.
